Central are currently providing consultancy services to NPTCBC as their appointed Independent Staff Advisor for the housing stock transfer proposal.

This role involves:

Working with staff and managers within the Housing Service and affected Corporate Services to develop effective communication, consultation, involvement and support structures pre-ballot
Supporting staff individually and collectively to ensure they have the information they need to understand what transfer may mean for them
Working with the Council and Shadow Board to ensure staff understand the vision and purpose of the emergent organisation
Ensuring the views of staff are taken into account in decisions relating to the proposed transfer
